Yes, you are welcome to send us your application documents for a specific area of responsibility. We will keep your documents for a maximum of six months and contact you if there are any vacancies for your expertise.

Unsolicited applications submitted by e-mail will be deleted after six months at the latest without further feedback, postal applications will be returned to you. Please inform us of any changes of address during this period.

You will usually receive a confirmation of receipt within a few days. Please apply as early as possible and do not wait until the closing date. This shortens the processing time after the application deadline and simplifies the handling. The departments make every effort to complete the selection process quickly, but we cannot guarantee a specific time frame due to the clinical environment. In any case, you will receive a final feedback.

You will receive an invitation to the interview from the respective department. If you are accepted, our personnel administration will send you the relevant recruitment documents by post in good time. Please wait for this in any case before taking further steps (e.g. termination of current job, coordination of move).

You will receive the specific date of appointment with the recruitment documents. You will receive your contract of employment as soon as the most important formalities have been completed (e.g. participation of our staff council).

We will endeavour to give you the employment contract to sign as early as possible. We usually arrange an appointment to sign the contract so that any questions can be clarified straight away.
